Orders made after 3 pm are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: after processing and confirmation, orders are shipped and you will receive your order within the delivery times according to the region. 

The orders are sent through the courier company "SPEEDY" AD for the territory of Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Poland, and with "DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE" EAD for the rest of the world.



The clothes are designer workmanship in limited series.

All you have to do is send your shipment to us without cash on delivery to Speedy's office (for domestic orders) and with any delivery company you want based on the region (for international order). You bear the transport costs of sending the shipment to us, and we will make sure you receive the item of your choice. The condition that the garment must meet is that it is not worn, washed or ironed, that it has not undergone any heat treatment or action that violates its integrity, and that it is sent with the original packaging and labels (without them being removed). We, at SEKTA,send all international orders over $150 with FREE DELIVERY. If you want your order to be replaced, then the next deliveries are borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned shipment, we will review it to make sure it meets the return requirements. Then within 10 working days we will refund the amount to the same payment method as purchased. We, at SEKTA, send all international orders over $150 with FREE DELIVERY. If you want your order to be returned, the return delivery is borne by the customer.

Refusal of the goods

You as consumers have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt of the goods in case they are not used, the integrity of their packaging is not violated and in the form in which they were received under the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA. In case of refusal by the consumer to accept the goods, he is obliged to send it at his own expense back to WWW.SEKTASTORE.COM within 14 (fourteen) days.
In all cases of return of the goods, a representative of the store WWW.SEKTASTORE.COM must be notified in advance and this must be done before the expiration of the term under Art. 50 ZZP. The costs for courier services for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the seller of his decision to withdraw from the order / contract with an unambiguous application. The user can use the withdrawal form - Annex №1 HERE: https://ffub4.hosts.cx/conditions-of-use to these general terms and conditions, as well as any other form of statement that contains sufficient information to identify the user and the goods ordered by him. WWW.SEKTASTORE.COM undertakes to return the amount paid for the product (s) no later than 10 working days from the date on which it was notified of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without delivery amounts.
Upon receipt, the buyer must inspect the goods and if it does not meet the requirements to notify the online store immediately within 2 working days. If the buyer does not do so, the product is considered approved as compliant, except for hidden defects.
If a defective product is found within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt and the goods are intact, we undertake to replace it with a new one according to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer or to refund the value of the goods paid by you, according to Article 55 of the CPA, as of the date on which you as consumers have exercised your right of withdrawal.
In case of violations in the appearance of the goods caused by transport, you must contact the courier for a report of damaged shipment.
In cases where WWW.SEKTASTORE.COM cannot fulfill its obligations due to the fact that it does not have the ordered goods, we are obliged to notify the consumer and refund the amounts paid by him within 10 (ten) working days from the date , on which we should have fulfilled an obligation
